Acceptance and Applicability of Terms
By using the kingbd website (https://kingbd.app), you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to abide by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kingbd. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. Use of this platform by minors or legally ineligible individuals is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
Kingbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To create an account on kingbd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited. Each individual may operate only one account; kingbd reserves the right to close all accounts if multiple accounts are found to have been created.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your account with third parties is prohibited. You must notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised activity on your account. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
Users may not engage in any fraudulent activity on the platform, including the use of bots, algorithm manipulation, or any other dishonest method. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended or closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Payments, Transactions & Account Balance
All financial transactions on kingbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made using mobile financial services available in Bangladesh, such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum limits apply to each transaction and are subject to change from time to time.
Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though some cases may require additional time for verification. Withdrawal requests are processed after verification. kingbd is not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances during transaction processing.
Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirements have been met. kingbd reserves the right to void any balance or bonus obtained through fraudulent means and to close the associated account. In the event of any financial dispute, kingbd's records shall be considered final.
Withdrawals may be delayed until the account verification (KYC) process is complete. In the interest of security, kingbd reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any transaction.
Platform Rules, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
All content on the kingbd platform — including logos, designs, software, game content, text, and graphics — is protected under kingbd's intellectual property rights. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any materials without prior authorisation.
Users may not introduce any harmful software, viruses, or malware to the platform. Attempting to breach system security, scraping data, or accessing the platform by any unauthorised means is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The kingbd platform may contain links to or references to third-party services. kingbd accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or service standards of any third party. Visiting third-party sites is entirely at the user's own discretion.
Payment gateway and mobile banking service providers are independent third parties. kingbd is not directly liable for any disruption or issue with their services, though we will endeavour to assist in resolving any problems.
Limitation of Liability & Account Suspension Policy
The kingbd platform is provided on an "as is" basis. No guarantee is given that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors. kingbd is not liable for any temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or any other circumstances.
Kingbd is not liable for any financial losses arising from a user's own decisions. Betting and gaming activities carry financial risk, and users are considered to have accepted this risk knowingly. In the event of any dispute, kingbd's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the transaction in question.
Kingbd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons: breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, bonus abuse, or at the direction of the relevant authorities. In the event of account closure, the process for returning any legitimate balance will be determined following a review.
Inactivity fees may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period. Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly deduction. To reactivate your account, please contact our support team.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact
Kingbd reserves the right to amend, add to, or revoke these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Where changes are significant, we will endeavour to notify users via their registered contact details. Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute or disagreement will first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled before a competent court in Bangladesh.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.
